My Story

I am a coach, consultant, communications strategist, and educator. Since 2000, I have helped clients navigate their journeys at work. With results-driven tools and best practices, I empower leaders to leverage their potential and learn how to overcome workplace obstacles and opportunities.

I coach leaders at every level to build strong personal and professional brands and increase the value of their work. My professional experience spans over 500 for-profit and non-profit organizations in business, industry, arts, and education. A veteran presenter, I frequently speak on personal branding strategies, effective team building, and organizational planning to improve outcomes.
I serve as an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business Marketing Department at Central Connecticut State University (CT) and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the University’s Center for Teaching & Innovation. I am a member of the Association of Business Communications.

I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from St Joseph’s University (PA) and a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross (MA). I also hold certification in Online Teaching from Quality Matters, a global organization leading quality assurance in online and innovative digital teaching and learning environments.
