Viability and sustainability. Catholic School are a national treasure – outfitted with a rich legacy of academic excellence, faith based sharing and teaching of Christian values in safe, nurturing learning communities. Oftentimes, they are not protected from the threats to their vitality. Resources are limited – particularly budget and staffing – to advance the mission of our Catholic schools.
Donahue Strategy Group has a dual role – bringing together those working and volunteering in the ministry of Catholic education to collaborate and share best practices; and challenging Catholic schools to institutionalize and develop Advancement as a key factor in school viability and sustainability.
